1. Where do I enter my discount coupon code when I place my order?
You will enter you discount coupon when you checkout. During the checkout process, you'll first receive a screen for billing and shipping information. After you complete that screen, the next screen will ask for your discount coupon. The block to enter it will be on your monitor's right side. Once you enter your coupon code and hit the continue button, you'll go to a screen that shows your discount and your new total.
2. Where do I get discount coupons?
The easiest way to receive a discount coupon is to sign up for our newsletter. We only send out a newsletter when we have new releases or special sales or offers, so you'll only receive a newsletter about once a month. To sign up for our newsletter, send an e-mail to: imajinn_news-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. You'll receive an e-mail back asking you to confirm your subscription. Once you respond to that, you'll automatically be on our newsletter list. Many of our authors also offer discount coupons through their newsletters, so if you have a favorite ImaJinn author, visit their website and sign up for their newsletters.
3. If I have more than one coupon, may I combine them on an order?
You may only use one coupon per order.
4. If I forget to enter my coupon code, may I still receive a discount?
Yes, we'll issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Just e-mail us at orders@imajinnbooks.com. We'll need the coupon code, your name, and your order number, or you can forward a copy of the e-mail you'll receive confirming your order and provide us with the coupon code, your name and that you'd like your discount.
5. May I combine a discount coupon with a gift certificate?
To use a gift certificate, you'll have to enter its code into the coupon box, so you won't be able to enter a discount coupon at the same time. If your order is larger than your gift certificate, you may e-mail us with your coupon code, your name, and your order number, and we can issue a refund on the order as long as the amount we're refunding does not result in a negative balance. For example, if the difference between your gift certificate and your order was $5.00, and your discount came to $6.00, we could only issue you a $5.00 refund.
